Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made on or before 19 October 2026: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations made after 20 October 2026: No refunds will be issued.
  • If the event is canceled due to circumstances on the organizer's part, we will issue a full refund.
